Baron Andus Lothlier
The Baron is the head of the thieves guild in the Estalian city of Magritta. He came to the players attention when he stole a magical Whip from one of the players who had paid a local mage to have it enhanced. When they returned to collect it it, and the mage, were gone. Lothlier is a cruel and despotic leader who commands loyalty through fear. He has grown fat and more rat-like in his underground lair under the warehouse he runs in the docks. His greed is legendary. Will his theft of the item from the players be his undoing??
