Roleplaying Stuff

My role-playing is largely done in a parallel "Warhammer Fantasy" world.  The divergences were quite small, almost non-existent, until the God Sigmar was killed during a battle to slay the returned God Itaxis. The Dwarf Absolon was directly responsible  for his death - channeling his God's energy into battle with Itaxis allowed Itaxis to draw out the energy and destroy Sigmar on the battlefield. Anyway, here's the 12-year history since that historic battle from the perspective of Absolon. Fundamentally at this stage the only bit of Warhammer Fantasy that remains is the map ... ! -- It has been a long twelve years. Following the defeat of Itaxis and the death of Sigma, the Empire has changed beyond all measure. At first, with the help of Absolon, the young Emperor was able to hold the Empire together, but soon the rebellions started. First was the Western province around the city of Marienburg.  A bit of a complicated history, but Aaronar is a demon who was rescued and who ended up marrying one of the player characters and bearing him a child. It is a very, very long story that involves people being sucked into other worlds for 20 years AND then Duncan, her partner, dying (of old age) and being absorbed into a magical gem that allows him to live forever and visit her in her nightly dreams. I could do a post on that as well. Anyway, here are some images of Aaronar that were generated by ChatGPT :

 I created these as an aquatic version of the Illithids (Mind Flayers). I have absolutely no idea why, but I gave them wings. The intention is to have them more like " flying fish " than "masters of the sky"!  I'm not going to flesh these out anymore as I introduced them as the figurehead on a ship of an extinct species of the Erraleptid. The ship was called the Flying Erraleptid. Anyway, here are some images ChatGPT (OpenAI) created of this, and a few tokens I created from them (for online gaming users). The tokens for these are; I'll be fascinated to hear how (if at all!) people use these.

 I enjoy role-playing. I mean, I love it. I've done it for literally decades. The point of this blog is to record some of the scenarios, creatures, etc., that I've put together in one place ... where I (and I essentially mean Google!) can find them. There is going to be a lot of half-formed ideas here. Please feel free to develop them - if you have something interesting please feel free to post something in the comments.
